Annual General Meeting

Saturday February 8th, 12.15pm - Smarden Charter Hall. (Members only event)

The meeting will be followed by an optional two course buffet lunch including coffee costing £15pp, payable prior to the event. A cash bar will be available where wine and beer can be purchased, also available are complimentary soft drinks. Members must confirm lunch requirements no later than 25th January 2025.

Sunday February 9th, Depart Smarden Charter Hall car park at 10.30am returning around 1.30pm

Cost £13 per person including entrance fee and transport by Wealden Wheels.

Members Double Discount Day

Saturday March 15th - Rumwood Nurseries & Garden Centre, Langley

Members can enjoy a double discount of 20%

Annual Plant Sale

Saturday May 10th, 10am to Noon - Rear of Smarden Charter Hall

Once again, we are holding our annual plant sale at the Charter Hall where a wide selection of Flowering Plants, (annuals and perennials) and Vegetables will be available to purchase. All contributions to the above will be very welcome and should be brought to the Charter Hall car park between 9am and 9.30am on the day of the sale. Please note that the sale does NOT start before 10am as the committee are still setting up and pricing for the sale. 

This is the Society’s main fundraising event for the year, and is open to members and the public - so please support us by coming along on the day to buy.

Purchases can be made with cash and card

Wine 'n' Wander

Friday July 4th, 6pm to 8pm - Maltmans Hill House  (Members only event)

An opportunity to wander a member's garden, with complimentary wine. Parking is available. Bring your own chair and snacks.
